Adopte ton animal
1. Introduction
100,000 is the number of abandoned pets compared to 43,000 animals adopted each year in France. To solve this problem, we decided to create a platform that would allow families to meet their new pet for the first time online. The solution is simple: offer the animal that suits you ! All of this with detailed sheets and solutions to facilitate the adoption process.

We interviewed 190 people who have (or have ever had an animal). We wanted to understand their preferences when they took an animal: why did they prefer to take an animal from a breeder rather than adopt from a shelter. The information they need before taking the plunge. Find out their answers !

Following user feedback, we have established different personas: Those that have already adopted (and understand what their to permit the plunge), those wishing adopted but still hesitant, those not preferring not adopted (and understand their fears / frustrations).

5. Results
We got good feedback from users. We responded to their needs and have provided the necessary information to sheets of pet animals to take to convaincres (or not) future families to adopt.
